Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Premium Subscription Refunds

AiGifts.in offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all premium subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our premium AI gift recommendation service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. Refund Process

• To request a refund, email support@aigifts.in with your registered email address and reason for cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the approval of your refund request.
• The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) via Razorpay.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your premium subscription at any time from your Profile page or by emailing support@aigifts.in.
• Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription after the 7-day refund window.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Subscriptions older than 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions.

5. Products Purchased via Affiliate Links

AiGifts.in is a recommendation service only. We do not sell or ship physical products. Any products purchased through our affiliate links (e.g., Amazon India) are subject to the respective retailer's return and refund policy. AiGifts.in is not responsible for refunds on third-party purchases.
